 | Liner repair kits poolpartmart liner Swimming Pool Repair kits and patches can be used underwater
All surfaces must be clean. Cut round corners on patch. For inflatables and light gauge vinyls, apply adhesive to patch sparingly and press tightly to surface to be repaired. Allow to dry for 24 hours. A face mask or underwater goggles should always be used when going underwater to make repairs. For deep underwater repairs, cut round corners on patch. Apply adhesive to patch and fold patch over upon itself. When you reach the damaged area under water unfold patch and apply immediately to liner, squeezing out all water bubbles. Do not disturb patch for at least 48 hours. Allow 4-7 days for full cure. For quick and easy vinyl repairs without liquid adhesive, use Boxer Vinyl Plastic Pool Patches. This is a clear tape where you peel off the paper backing and apply immediately. Vinyl Plastic Pool Patches are excellent for other applications such as vinyl upholstery and waterbeds.

 | Liners 20 thou poolpartmart 20 thou domestic liners are designed for use in private domestic pools with normal bathing loads, run below 29°C (84°F) only, and have a five year pro-rata guarantee against material and manufacturing fault. All our pool liners are manufactured using the best European and American vinyls available. Exacting standards are used in the fabrication techniques in our modern factory. Most liners are packed in scrap material and cardboard boxes with dimensions in mm of 900L x 700W x 400D. As a guide for despatch weights: 0.5mm material weighs approx. 0.63kg per square metre and 0.75mm weighs 0.94kg per square metre. It is recommended when installing a liner, to treat the walls and floor with a suitable algaecide/fungicide to help prevent microbial attack or staining of the liner. Ensure the surfaces you are installing the liner on are compatible with PVC materials. Do not attempt to install a pool liner in temperatures less than 50°F (10°C) as the P.V.C. material will become stiff and difficult to install. Liner patterns cannot be matched along the weld lines, therefore combination liners are not recommended. Please note: Darker patterned materials may show a thin white line along the edge of the weld due to the white base material flowing during the welding process. This is normal and is not a fault. |
